This year’s event will be held on Saturday 9th May 2026 between 13:00 and 19:00 at Hook Junior School, Ravenscroft, Hook, RG27 9NN. Food stalls will be on the Junior field / playground, and so access for stallholders is via the gates in Hartletts Park.

If you would like to join us as a food trader for this event, there are a few formalities that will enable us to run a safe event for all. Please read through the Terms & Conditions prior to submitting your application form and supporting documents. All forms, payments and supporting documents need to be received by close of business 30th April to be included in our plans for the day.
