The HSCA Summer Fair is the biggest event of our school year. We take over the playground and playing field with lots of family fun. We’ll have lots of stalls and games, with plenty to see and do. There will be inflatables to help the children let off some steam. Our performance arena features performances from local groups and clubs from within the school. We’ll have the annual tug-of-war too!
The event is a major fundraising source - with funds going to important projects for both Hook Junior and Infant schools. This year, with your support, we have funded iPads, playground equipment, and the expansion and improvement of the Junior playground.
We will have our huge raffle with a chance to win lots of great prizes! Plus there will be our second hand uniform sale and fantastic food and drink!

Hook Schools have over 800 children. Our Summer Fair is a big part of the school calendar - and the perfect opportunity to put your business in front of the Hook community.
We’ve got a variety of sponsorship options available to suit every budget and we’ll work hard to make sure your business gets the recognition it deserves.
The donations from sponsorships ensure we cover all of the event costs - ensuring every penny spent by attendees is put to good use supporting the eductation of our children.

Our event has over 1,000 attendees - and is a free to enter event. Stallholder registration is open now to register your spot for the big day. Plus, make sure our Christmas Fair is in your calendar - Sat 28 November 2026 - save the date, and register later in the year.

Our huge raffle is back again. We are immensely grateful to all the businesses both local and national who donate such brilliant prizes to us time and time again!
Over 9,000 raffle tickets will be distributed via the schools directly to Hook Families in April 2026. Make sure your company is featured in the materials which go home - donate us a raffle prize now!
Volunteer
The Summer Fair is important to the children - and we can’t pull it off without an army of volunteers. Teachers, Support Staff, Parents, Grandparents and Students all rally round to pull off the summer fun!
We need 150 volunteers, for event setup or to run a stall or game. If you’d like to help with planning the event - now’s the time to get in touch. We meet every few weeks to update and brainstorm ideas between April and June.
On the day volunteering slots will open in April.
