Thank you for your interest in attending the Hook Schools Community Association Summer Fair 2026. We are looking forward to working with you to put on a fantastic event that we expect to be attended by over 1000 adults and children. There is no charge for attendees to join this event which is delivered so that our students and community are able to enjoy festive fun and games!

This year’s event will be held on Saturday 27th June 2026 between 11am and 3pm on the Hook Junior School field, Ravenscroft, RG27 9NN. Performers will be in the arena at the centre of the event, and so the easiest access for performers is via the gates from Hartletts Park.

As the event is outside, and the school buildings are locked shut, there are not ‘dressing room’ facilities. Belongings for the children can be placed in the corner of the performance arena if necessary. Attendees remain responsible for any lost valuables. Please ensure they are secure and supervised by a responsible person.

Each performance has been allocated 30 minutes. There are speakers setup in the arena, and connections for most devices (3.5mm, bluetooth, USBC, Apple Lightning). There will be mains power to the arena if required, but devices connecting to this must be PAT tested in the last 12 months and have a sticker to demonstrate this.
